Pick what you've got on
What's live now and what's on later, the channel each one is on, and how many people are already in the room.
Schitchat is a live chat room for whatever is on TV right now. Walk in halfway through, find out what the room thinks of that scene, say your bit, and leave when the credits roll.
Not out yet. Want a nudge the day it lands? Email us.
Live only
Not a comment section you scroll days later. Schitchat carries the shows people watch live — reality, competitions, the big weekly episodes, awards nights — and the room only exists while the show is on air. That is the whole point: everyone in there is watching the same thing at the same moment, so the reaction is happening, not archived.

butter-butt. worm-gremlin. snot-boots. Everyone gets one on the way in — no profile, no photo, no follower count to protect. Say what you actually think.

Lines the room agrees with glow green, ones it turns on glow red, and the best comment of the night sticks to the top of the screen.
Inside a room
Every comment can be thumbed up or down by anyone in the room. A line people agree with turns green. One the room turns on goes red. And whatever the room likes most gets pinned above the scroll as the favourite comment, so you see the best thing anyone has said without hunting for it.
It is fast and it is public and nobody knows who you are, which is exactly why people say the thing they are actually thinking.
^ every season someone says this lol
THE BETRAYAL
im sorry but the veto comp is rigged
Crowns
Every like you have ever been given adds up — across every room, every show, however long ago. Cross a line and a crown appears next to your name on everything you have ever written, in every room you walk into after that.

No spoilers
Rooms run on show time, not the clock. Every message is stamped with how far into the episode it was said — so if you join twenty minutes late, you see what the room said twenty minutes in, not the ending.
And because the schedule follows your own broadcast feed, the West Coast is not reading the East Coast's reaction to something that has not happened yet.
25 minutes in
Join now and the room picks up where you are. Nothing from the last half hour is hidden, and nothing from the next half hour has been said yet — because it has not happened yet.
Save your seat
Tap a show that hasn't started and it goes on your home screen. Doors open fifteen minutes early with a countdown, and the room unlocks itself the second the show begins — so there's nothing to scroll past and nothing to spoil.

House rules
Schitchat is for 13 and over. Everybody is shown the rules before they say a word: don't spam the chat, and don't be a dick. Every message can be reported, anybody can be blocked, and slurs don't post at all.
